Our professionals decided to undertake a preliminary action to transform Le grand into a full time HR consultancy, in order to provide reliable human resource services, in 2012. With over 19 years plus experience in the Hospitality Industry with the opportunity of working in Hotels / Resorts / Club Membership, dealing with Hotel sales, MICE and memberships has taught me the basics of Sales & Marketing, and also the virtue of humility & customer retention; Sales has added aggression and improved my analytical skills. Having played an active role at junior and senior levels, the experience has shown and taught the challenges of both worlds & has helped in leadership role.
